The term "meridian" recalls, by association with astronomical geography, a line that unites the two points through which the Earth's rotation axis passes, to which it can refer, in the common imagination, to the idea of travel as a means of knowledge. The Latin term "meridies", midday, by extension recalls the light and heat radiating from the sun, the moment of relax from activities to dedicate to food and rest.

This idea of leisure, manifested into experience, in the name of relaxation and tasting, is what this little corner of Friuli wants to transmit to its guests.
