The Standard rooms are located on the first floor of the main building. Equipped with a double bed and a large bathroom, the rooms overlook an external dehor where it is possible to relax and enjoy the view. Furthermore, guests have at their disposal air conditioning, heating, access to a high-speed WIFI, a safe, a mini-bar, a wardrobe, a bathroom set and a swimming pool set.

Check-in instructions
You will receive an e-mail before arrival with detailed instructions to be able to manage the check-in independently. If necessary, we will proceed to enter your data directly upon arrival at the facility.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request, in order to check the availability to welcome them. To guarantee adequate service and cleaning, an extra supplement will be required, for small dogs 10 euros per night while for medium-large dogs 15 euros per night per single dog.
Children and extra beds
Possibility to request additional beds, subject to availability check. For children over 3 years old an extra supplement of 20 euros per night will be required for breakfast.
Tourist tax
Also in the territory of Cividale Del Friuli there is a tourist tax, we will take care of this expense without burdening your stay, therefore, it will not be charged to you.
